All registration forms must be completed before the time of the visit.  Appointments are flexible, and our team will guide you through the steps to ensure you’re set up for your session. We welcome multiple family visits including pediatric and adults with telemedicine needs.

Will my telehealth visit be private and secure?

Yes, we prioritize your privacy and use secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms for all telehealth visits. Our technology meets strict standards to ensure that your personal information remains confidential.

Can I get prescriptions through telehealth?

Yes, our providers can issue prescriptions when appropriate after a  proper evaluation has been completed, which can be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy. Please note that certain medications may require an in-person consultation due to regulatory guidelines.

Do I need any special equipment for telehealth?

All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access, a camera, and a microphone. We recommend testing your internet connection and device setup ahead of your appointment to ensure a smooth experience.

Is telehealth covered by my insurance?

Many insurance plans now cover telehealth services, but coverage can vary. We recommend checking with your insurance provider or contacting our billing department to verify your coverage prior to scheduling an appointment. We are currently offering cash-based services. You may also be eligible or HSA/ FSA payments.

Does it hurt?
